Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (source code, scripts, and tools), all sales are generally final. Once digital files have been delivered, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
When Refunds May Be Issued
We may issue a refund or provide an alternative solution in the following cases:
- Product not delivered: If you paid but did not receive the product within the agreed timeframe
- Significantly different from description: If the product is fundamentally different from what was described on the listing
- Critical bugs: If the product has critical issues that prevent basic functionality and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable time
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- Change of mind after delivery
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Product works as described but doesn't meet personal expectations
- Hosting, server, or environment compatibility issues
- Issues caused by user modifications
Refund Process
- Contact us via Telegram or email within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide your payment details and a clear description of the issue
- We will review your request within 24 hours
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method
Custom Development Projects
For custom development services:
- Refunds are available before work begins
- Once development has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed
- Completed and delivered projects are not eligible for refund
